Cactus Club Cafe

I love cactus, however i went there today to find out they removed their cheesecake off the menu (which was my favourite). I always get it when i go there! I understand the importance of changing things up, but this should have been added to the new dessert menu and incorporated in with the new treats for customers such as myself. I hope you take this into consideration and put it back on the menu! Was pretty bummed about it.

All was great but the bellini was too sweet , the sandwich had too much sauce and the nuts on the chocolate bar was stale. The service and atmosphere was excellent.

Great food and wonderful atmosphere! We sat outside on the covered patio which was very nice. Food is definitely wonderful with so many options to choose from. Great variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free choices as well! The spicy chicken was my favorite

This is one of my favorite spots for delicious food and great service. Usually reserved for special occasions because we love it so much and could actually go there everyday... Our favs are butternut squash ravioli with prawns, and peanut butter chocolate bar (not actual name I think) Nestled just north of West Edmonton Mall, one could easily go for a walk in the mall after to digest the excessive deliciousness that was had at cactus!!!!

Cactus Club Cafe has always been a top choice of mine to grab a quality meal. Stop by for happy hour after 3 or 9PM!

About 8 years ago i visit Cactus Club Cafe for the first time,And since then i go there two to three times a month and i never had a bad experience beautiful atmosphere & good service, keep it up guys!

Just came here for dinner with my bestie, it was fantastic and the server we had was amazing! I'm so excited to come here again and try something else he had some great recommendations. The truffle fries were fantastic and the meatballs were unreal

Cactus is my favorite restaurant in the Edmonton area!! We visited the West Ed Mall location on Saturday and the service and food were great as always. This is a very busy location however booking in advance makes the experience easier to get a table. There were 8 of us and we were seated very fast plus the servers were available during our stay. The food showed up very fast and was hot and tasted awesome as usual!! I love my Hunter Chicken! 2 of our friends were celebrating birthdays so they also provided a small desert with Happy birthday dusting on a plate. It was cute and nice!! So Thank you again Cactus Club staff!!! We will be back again soon.

The burger is okay nothing spectacular though the price is decent during happy hour. The drinks is the same nothing spectacular. The negroni (picture) is okay as I can taste the vermouth and a hint of gin. The sangria I had was basically drinking soda water as I barely taste any fruit at all. The staff is good and the hostess was kind to inform my party that we will be charge 18% gratuity. Not sure if I will come back.

What can I say.. Cactus never lets me down. Today was a business lunch, but the whole experience was stellar as ever. Service is warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. Our server was very attentive, without being too much or too little. Food was fast and amazing. The tuna stack is just amazing. Will be back again and again.

They tried to kick us off a table we had reserved because some of our party was late. When I spoke to a manager about it his response was he did us a favor by letting us stay on our reserved table.... then while I was still eating the waitress asked me to clear up my bill. I put my spoon down paid my bill and silently vowed to never visit this location again. The food was good but the people made everything taste bitter.

Met some friends here for dinner and drinks and I was very happy with the experience. The creole chicken was delicious and our waitress (wish I could remember her name) recommended an off-menu drink to us (dirty Vegas I think?) which was unreal. The place was packed and we still got exceptional service. Will definitely be back!

Always had a good experience here. Great customer service. One of key ingredients for returning customers. The food is unique and delicious. Blackened Creole Chicken was made to perfection!

Went to this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday and I must say am really impressed with their service.While it is my first time at this place (I have been to the downtown location before), we avoided to rush hour and was here in the afternoon. We finally got a place to seat on time and both the front desk staff and the waiter were very polite, friendly and courteous.The food came in not too long, fresh food which tasted quite nice with good aroma. We ordered for different foods and all of us enjoyed every bite of the food.I am more impressed with the birthday treat they gave to my wife to celebrate her day. Wonderful gesture!!!Will surely visit again as this location is not crowded like I experience in downtown location.

My girlfriend and I went here for dinner and they sat us near the door and we were pretty cold because the front door kept opening. Food was decent. Yam fries were good. Our server didn’t seem like she was having a good day she kinda rushed us a little and had little to no social skills. Would recommend just going to the one on jasper ave. Not terrible but definitely attention to customer service needs to be addressed. Went about a couple weeks ago.

Love their Happy Hour menu! Truffle fries and mini deep fried chicken duo burgers. Thanks Nathan for the great service!

Thank you guys so much for your healthcare hero combo. As a first responder it's hard to find food on the go during these times. I really appreciated getting great food at your restaurant.
